Located less than two miles from the coast, Romaine Bay Preserve is situated in a wooded area 40 minutes north of Charleston. Romaine Bay Preserve features deep lots and many natural areas within the neighborhood. The community will be built in phases over the course of three and a half years. DR Horton will be the builder for the project.
